Printing webpages is easy if you don’t care about the clutter on them (and do not care about wasting ink, which is highly unlikely). But if you agree that the best way to print a webpage is to first select what’s relevant on the page and eliminate stuff that’s unnecessary before sending it to the printer, then you’ll like this Chrome extension called Print Plus. A simple tool that lets you highlight sections of the page that you want to print, and then gets them printed.
The extension sits as a printer icon with a red plus sign on the extensions bar in Chrome, and you need to click it to use it. Hover over a section on the page, and click on it to include it. To remove a section, just click on the cross icon at the top right of that section.
- Clutter free printing of webpages on Chrome.
- If it doesn’t work the first time, just refresh the page.
