Punjab and Haryana HC orders SIT to probe bribery charges against ex-CPS Fauji

The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday directed the Haryana DGP to constitute a special investigation team (SIT) comprising three Haryana cadre IPS officers, preferably natives of other states, to probe allegations against former Haryana Congress MLA Ram Kishan Fauji of seeking Rs 5 crore bribe to get change of land use (CLU) permission in Gurgaon.
